I've travelled far and learned much, but never enough. The rabbit hole is old and deep. My fiction writing allows me access to places that otherwise I couldn't reach. It's only in my fiction writing that I become somewhat clairvoyant. Taking courses with the Berkeley Psychic Institute, CDM, Palo Alto-Berkeley, CA, 1989-96, this exposure to aura healings, psychic readings and transmedium distance readings introduced me to a new way of seeing - a different frequency - a 'shadow world' - 'one behind the curtain'. However, all that I write is based on many years of study and constant verification of facts. My work in TCM and acupuncture, and herbal medicine, is a real labour of love. There's not a day when I would not open one of my Materia Medica or TCM text books. All this activity that I'm invested in requires a lot of energy. Without exercise and self acu-treatments I couldn't do it. Both generate energy and clarity. But don't ask about my private life and my relationships. Finally, let me disclose one more thing: Crohns_Case_study-1998-2000./ I met this client, E.B., in May 1998, at the Diamond Centre for Living, Nicola St., Vancouver, BC, where I volunteered to perform acupuncture 2x/per week, Mon-Tue afternoons, 2 treatments each day. My treatments became sought after. The centre had a waiting list of people waiting to get in for my treatments. Those eligible for treatments were the Centre's regulars, people with life-threatening conditions - e.g. HIV/AIDS, cancer, MS, Parkinsons, etc. These folks found that my treatments made their conditions more manageable, even after only a couple of treatments. Some folks started going off their HIV medications, and that perhaps became an issue for the Centre, especially if some physicians started calling them... At the end of Aug 1998, the Centre fired me. Apparently, for raising my voice to a client. I probably said: "You could have at least called!?" It was in reference to making an appointment at my location, as a special favor, then not showing up, or even calling. E.B., the client on whom my case study is based, continued receiving my treatments for as long as I was available at the Centre. Then he became a private client. From May 2, 1998 - Dec 8, 2000 - in total 232 treatments: Radiology documentation from St. Paul's Hospital, final results, , in addition, his HIV test results - his viral load had been greatly reduced, almost undetectable. E.B. brought me all his radiology records, starting with 1996-2000. That was very kind and decent of him. Then he flew back home to UK, where he still resides. I'm sending a letter to my favorite TCM publishing companies, asking them what format they require to publish a paper/ and or defend it as a DTCM thesis. And of course I'm sending a link to my former client, E.B., who probably wondered why I have not done anything with his results/documentation.
